Learned counsel appearing for respondents No.2 to 6 submits that order is appealable before the appellate authority.

In view of above, learned counsel appearing for the petitioner submits that he may be permitted to prefer an appeal before the appellate authority challenging the stoppage of one increment and also permitted to make representation against the charge-sheet.

The petitioner is permitted to do so. If the petitioner prefers appeal/representation before the competent authority, the competent authority would do well and decide the same strictly in accordance with law expeditiously after hearing other side.

With the aforesaid observation, the writ petition stands finally disposed of. No order as to cost(s).
