1. Heard.
2. The applicant has preferred the first bail application under Section 439 of the Cr.P.C., as he has been arrested in connection with Crime No.148/2021, registered at Police Station Ratanpur, District- Bilaspur (C.G.) for the offence punishable under Sections 458, 394 of the Indian Penal Code and Section 25 of the Arms Act.
3. The applicant and co-accused (juvenile) committed loot of Rs.16,500/- and one mobile from complainant Santosh Singh on 28-03-2021.
4. Learned State counsel would oppose the prayer for grant of bail. He would submit that applicant has previous antecedents including the offence of similar nature under Section 394 of the Indian Penal Code.

Considering that the offences are triable by Judicial Magistrate First Class; applicant is in jail since 28-03-2021 i.e. for about four months and the charge sheet has already been filed, I am inclined to release the applicant on bail on the following condition:- • Applicant shall mark his appearance before the concerned Police Station at 11 a.m. on first day of every month.
6. Accordingly, the bail application is allowed and the applicant is directed to be released on bail on his executing a personal bond for a sum of Rs.50,000/- with one surety for the like amount to the satisfaction of the trial Court. He is directed to appear before the trial Court on each and every date given by the said Court.
