(1) Learned counsel for the petitioner submits that even though, the interim order was passed by this Court on 15.05.2015 in the pending writ petition, petitioner was not allowed to join whereafter a contempt petition was filed registered, as Contempt Petition No. 302/2015 which was disposed off vide order dated 10.07.2015 directing that either the petitioner should be allowed to join or specific order in writing shall be passed as to why he is not being allowed to join. He submits that petitioner has been suspended and he is not being allowed to join. (2) The order of suspension was issued on 11.05.2015, whereas interim order was passed by this Court subsequently on 15.05.2015. The order of suspension was not before the Court,

at the time when interim order was passed. Therefore, it cannot be said that while rejecting the petitioner's joining, State Authority acted in willful disobedience of Court's order. Leaving it open for the petitioner to challenge the order of suspension by taking recourse to such remedy as may be available to him under the law, this contempt petition is dismissed.
