This is an application under Section 438 of CrPC for grant of anticipatory bail to the applicant as he apprehends his arrest in connection with Crime No.311 of 2015 registered at Police Station Dalli-Rajhara, District Balod Chhattisgarh for commission of offenses punishable under Sections 186, 353, 506, 34, 365, 427 of IPC. 2.

Learned counsel for the applicant seeks permission of this Court for withdrawal of bail application and prays for a direction to the Court below to consider the application for grant of regular bail upon surrender of applicant on the same day. 3.

Learned State counsel submits that he has no objection for withdrawal of bail application.

In view of above, MCRCA-694 of 2021 is dismissed as withdrawn. 5.

If the applicant files an application for grant of regular bail after his surrender, the Court below may consider and decide it on the same day in accordance with law. Certified copy as per rules.
