Challenge in this petition is to the letter dated 01.12.2016 by which the bid of the Petitioner in respect of tender floated for construction and maintenance of rural road under the PMGSY, has been rejected. 2.

Reply has been filed by the State and in the reply, it is stated that the rates quoted by the Respondent No. 4 is lower than the rates quoted by the Petitioner. Therefore, we need not go into the other allegations because the tender cannot be awarded to the Petitioner.
