The appellant has preferred this appeal against the judgment of conviction and order of sentence dated 26-6-2007 passed by the 1st Additional Sessions Judge, Mahasamund whereby and whereunder learned trial Court convicted him under Sections 363, 366 and 376 of Indian Penal Code and sentenced to undergo R.I. for 5 years, 5 years and 7 years with fine of Rs. 500/-, 500/- and Rs. 1,000/- in default to undergo R.I. for 2 months, 2 months and 4 months respectively. All the sentences are directed to run concurrently.

As per communication received from the Superintendent, Central Jail, Raipur No. 688/warrant/2015 dated 6-5-2015, the appellant after serving entire sentence has been released on 4-4-2012.

Learned counsel for the appellant submits that looking the evidence available on record, she does not contest this appeal on its merit. Even after perusal of the entire record of the trial Court, I do not see any illegality or impropriety in the judgment of conviction and order of sentence impugned. The appellant has also served the entire jail sentence. 4.
Consequently, the appeal filed by the appellant is dismissed for the reasons indicated above.
