Agrawal Order On Board 0 9 / 1 0/201 (1) Learned counsel for the petitioner would submit that recognition of the one of the school of the petitioner's Society namely Sarwa Hitkarini Higher Secondary School, Kukda, Block - Palari, District Balodabazar - Bhatapara has beeen cancelled by the impugned order, against which he has filed detailed representation highlighting his grievances before the State Government but the same has not been decided till now and, therefore, a direction may be issued the State Authorities to consider and decide the same expeditiously.

(2) Be that as it may, the State Government is directed to consider and decide the representation of the petitioner strictly in accordance with law expeditiously preferably within a period two months from the date of receipt of copy of this order after affording due opportunity of hearing to the petitioner. The petitioner is also at liberty to file additional representation highlighting his grievances, if any. (3) With the aforesaid observations, the writ petition stands finally disposed of.
