Challenge in the present writ petition was to the order of suspension of license dated 02.05.2020 so far as running of Fair Price Shop is concerned.

Today when the matter is taken up for hearing, learned counsel for the State submits that she has just received instruction that the respondent No.3 has infact cancelled the license vide order dated 30.05.2020. 3.

Given the said facts that the respondent No.3 has cancelled the license, this court is of the opinion that the present writ petition challenging the order of suspension of license dated 02.05.2020 would not be sustainable any further. The order of cancellation of license is one which is appealable under the Regulations/Control Order.

Accordingly, reserving the right of the petitioner to challenge the subsequent development and the order dated 30.05.2020, the present writ petition in its present form stands disposed of. 5.

It has been informed by the counsel for the petitioner that till date he has not been supplied with the order of cancellation of license dated 30.05.2020. The respondents are directed to ensure that the said order dated 30.05.2020 is promptly served upon the petitioner at the earliest. The petitioner also may approach the respondent No.3 for getting the same.
