1. The petitioner has challenged the election of Bhoram Dev Cooperative Sugar Factory, Kawardha and Lauhpurush Sardar Vallabh bhai Patel Cooperative Sugar Factoory, Pandaria.

2. Now the election has already been concluded on 30.6.2017, therefore, this writ petition has become infructuous.

3. Accordingly, the writ petition is dismissed as having become infructuous. However, the petitioner is at liberty to challenge the election of elected candidates strictly in accordance with law. No order as to cost(s).
