1. Heard.

2. The applicant has preferred this first bail application under Section 439 of Cr.P.C., as he is arrested in connection with Crime No.170/2020, registered at Police Station Sonhat, District Koriya (CG), for the offence punishable under Section 302 of the Indian Penal Code.

3. The applicant committed murder of his wife Lalita Sahu and his Aunt (Bua) Parvati Sahu during intervening night of 6th and 7th December, 2020. The applicant made extra judicial confession in the presence of informant Nilesh Sahu.

4. Learned State counsel would oppose the prayer for grant of bail.

5. Considering the entire facts situation of the case, I am not inclined to release the applicant at this stage. However, the applicant would be at liberty to revive his application after examination of witness Nilesh Sahu.

6. Accordingly, the present bail application of the applicant is dismissed with the liberty aforesaid.
