1. The limited relief that the petitioner has sought for in the present writ petition is for a direction to the Respondent No. 5 to consider the application, which the petitioner has filed for demarcation of his property situated in Khasra No. 1659 in plot no. 128 situated at Ghuri Ameri, Bilaspur measuring 2574 sq. ft.

2. The counsel for the State submits that the application moved by the petitioner does not reflect any provision of law. Upon petitioner

-2specifically moving an application under Section 129 of C.G. Land Revenue Code, 1959, the same shall be considered in-accordancewith law at the earliest.

3. Given the said submission by the counsel for the State, the writ petition stands disposed-off directing the petitioner to move an additional application specifically mentioning the provisions of law ie., u/s 129 of C.G. Land Revenue Code, 1959 for demarcation of his property. Upon petitioner moving an application, the respondent no. 5 shall ensure necessary compliance in-accordance with law, at the earliest, preferably within a period of ninety days' from the date of receipt of the application.

4. With the aforesaid direction, the present writ petition stands disposed off.
