Kunjam (The Then Second Additional Session Judge Manendragarh Distirct Koriya Chhattisgarh), at present President District Consumer Forum, Bastar, Jagdalpur, Chhattisgarh. ---- Respondent For Petitioner : Shri Raj Kumar Mishra, petitioner in person. Order On Board 25/07/2017 (1) The respondent No. 3 in the capacity of Additional Sessions Judge, Manendragarh, District Koria decided the revision petition preferred by the petitioner being Criminal Revision No. 5/2014 on 13.01.2015 and dismissed the revision.

(2) Against which, the petitioner preferred petition under Section 482 of the Code of Criminal Procedure being Cr.M.P. No. 376 of 2015, which was allowed in part by this Court, thereafter, the petitioner made a complaint to the Registrar (Vigilance) against the respondent No. 3, that has been closed by the order of Hon'ble Portfolio Judge and now, the petitioner has filed this writ petition stating that that in an identical fact situations, some action has been taken by the Rajsthan High Court and, which has been upheld by the Supreme Court.

(3) The petitioner has not challenged the order passed by the Hon'ble Portfolio Judge in the administrative side closing the case and in absence of this, it has become final.

(4) As such, the writ petition as framed and filed is totally not maintainable. Accordingly, the writ petition is liable to be and is hereby dismissed.
