The petitioner's grievance is that the appeal preferred by the petitioner against grant of provisional caste certificate to respondent No.1 has remained pending without any decision. The appeal has been filed by the petitioner in the month of November, 2014. Considering this aspect, at this stage, this petition is disposed off with a direction to respondent No.14/ Sub Divisional Officer (Revenue), to decide petitioner's appeal in accordance with law as early as possible.

It is made clear that this Court has not expressed any opinion on the merits or maintainability of the appeal.
