1. Learned counsel for the petitioner would submit that the petitioner has made a representation before the respondent for refund of caution money (college), tuition money, misc. college fee, development fee, hostel fee, hostel maintenance fee and mess fee, which has not been considered and decided by the respondent.

2. Be that as it may, the respondent is directed to consider and decide the representation of the petitioner within a period of three weeks from the date of receipt of certified copy of this order. The petitioner is at liberty to make an additional representation.
