1. Learned counsel appearing for the petitioner would submit that the petitioner's representation/appeal (Annexure P/13 and P/14) is pending consideration before the State Government, which may be directed to be decided expeditiously.

2. Prayer appears to be fair and reasonable.

3. Accordingly, the State Government is directed to consider and dispose off the petitioner's representation/appeal within a period of two months from the date of receipt of certified copy of this order before proceeding further with the matter.
