We have heard the learned counsel for the Petitioner, learned counsel for Chhattisgarh State Civil Supplies Corporation and the learned Additional Advocate General.

As rightly pointed out by the learned counsel for Respondent No.1 / Corporation, the issue raised in this petition is covered against the Corporation in terms of the contents of the judgment passed by the Division Bench of this Court which is produced along with Writ Petition as Annexure- P/2.

We have perused the said judgment. We are inclined to follow it and accordingly order this writ petition directing that the Petitioner's case will also be governed by same orders and directions as were issued by this Court in WPC No. 1628 of 2016 and connections (Annexure - P/2). Let the needful be done in accordance with the aforesaid judgment at the earliest. It will be open to the 1st Respondent to re-tender or consider the offer of the Petitioner. 4.

The writ petition is ordered accordingly.
