1. The applicant is arrested in connection with Crime No.170/2020 registered in Police Station - Gobara Navapara, District- Raipur(CG) for alleged commission of offence under Sections 366 & 376 IPC and Sections 4 & 6 of the Protection of Children from Sexual Offences Act.

2. Learned counsel for the applicant, at this stage, seeks to withdraw this application with liberty to revive at an appropriate stage.
