Proceeding Through Video Conferencing Hon'ble Shri Prashant Kumar Mishra, Ag CJ Order On Board /08/2021 :

1. The applicants have preferred this application for grant of bail as they are arrested in connection with Crime No.25/2021 registered in Police Station Sanawal, District Balrampur-Ramanujganj for offence under Section 147, 148, 149, 307, 325, 506 of the IPC.

2. Over a dispute concerning possession of Mahuwari land, these applicants have caused injuries over the persons of two ladies, one Smt. Bhagmaniya and her 10 years old daughter Puja. Amongst other

MCRC No. 4418 of 2021 injuries, Smt. Bhagmaniya has suffered fracture of radius ulna bone & ribs whereas, Puja has suffered fracture of left temporal parietal bone.

3. Considering the entire fact situation of the case as also the nature of injuries, I am not inclined to release the applicants on bail at this stage. Accordingly, the Application is rejected with liberty to revive the prayer after examination of Smt. Bhagmaniya and Puja. Sd/- (Prashant Kumar Mishra) Acting Chief Justice Barve
