Learned counsel for the petitioner would submit that the authority concerned is not deciding the matter of the petitioner relating to caste certificate as remanded back by the Collector. 2.

On the other hand, learned Deputy Advocate General for the respondents/State would submit that it will be disposed of within a period of 45 days from the date of receipt of certified copy of this order.
