1. This is the second bail application under Section 439 of the CrPC. Earlier first bail application was rejected by this Court on 18/01/2019 in MCRC No. 9924/2018 considering prima facie case against the applicant.

2. Counsel for the applicant submitted that he wants to withdraw this bail application. He further submitted that trial Court may be directed to expedite the trial, because only four witnesses have to be examined in the case in hand.

3. Instant bail application is dismissed as withdrawn, however, trial Court is directed to expedite the trial and dispose of the case as soon as possible preferably within a period of two months from the date of receipt of copy of this order.
