Learned counsel appearing for the petitioner would submit that petitioner has made an application before the Tahsildar, Takhatpur, District Bilaspur for issuance of caste certificate to his daughter on 31.08.2017 but it has not been considered and decided till date. 2.
I have heard learned counsel for the petitioner. 3.
Be that as it may, respondent No. 4 - Tahsildar, Takhatpur, District Bilaspur is directed to consider and decide petitioner's case for issuance of caste certificate expeditiously preferably within a period of two weeks from the date of receipt of certified copy of this order. If the petitioner's case has
already been decided, the said authority shall communicate the same to the petitioner in writing.

With the aforesaid observation, the writ petition stands finally disposed of. No order as to cost(s).
