1. Petitioner would pray for a limited relief for issuance of direction to the Tehsildar, Baikunthpur for expeditious disposal of his application under Section 250 of the Chhattisgarh Land Revenue Code, 1959 (for short 'the Code, 1959') which is pending consideration for the last more than a year.

2. It appears, the petitioner has moved an application under Section 250 of the Code, 1959 on 15.09.2015. The Tehsildar has already got the area demarcated, however, the proceedings has remained pending for some reason or the other.

3. Considering the limited relief prayed in this writ petition, ends of justice would be served if the petition is disposed of with direction to the Tehsildar, Baikunthpur to decide the petitioner's pending application under Section 250 of the Code, 1959 at the earliest, preferably within a period of six months from the date of submission of certified copy of this order.
