1. This revision has been filed under Section 19 (4) of the Family Court Act against the order dated 05.11.2019 passed by 1st Additional Principal Judge, Family Court, District Raipur (C.G.) in Misc. Judicial Case No. 750/2018 whereby the Family Court allowed the application under Section 125 of Cr.P.C. and granted interim maintenance amount of Rs.2,000/- per month to non-applicant No.1 and Rs.10,000/- per month to non-applicant No.2.

2. Learned counsel for the applicant seeks to withdraw this revision with liberty to file appropriate application before the trial Court and also file application for mediation between the parties.

3. Accordingly, the criminal revision is dismissed as withdrawn with the liberty as stated above.
