1. This is the second bail application, the first bail application was dismissed as withdrawn with liberty to move at an appropriate stage on 17-03-2021 in MCRC No.8639 of 2020.
2. This is the second bail application preferred by the applicant under Section 439 of Cr.P.C. for grant of bail, as she has been arrested in connection with Crime No.336/2020, registered at Police Station Gandhinagar, Ambikapur, District- Surguja (C.G.) for the offence punishable under Section 21(C) of the Narcotic Drugs and Psychotropic Substances Act, 1985.

3. Barely three months have elapsed after dismissal of the first bail application. Proceedings before the trial Court remained held up due to second wave of COVID 19 pandemic.
4. Learned State counsel would oppose the prayer for grant of bail.
5. No case for entertaining this repeat application is made out. It is dismissed, however, the liberty granted earlier shall remain intact.
6. Accordingly, the present bail application is dismissed with the liberty aforesaid.
