1. Learned Counsel for the Petitioners submits that a bunch of similar Writ Petitions was preferred before this Court which were disposed by the Coordinate Bench of this Court on 30.11.2016 in W.P.S. No. 6474/2016 along with other analogous Writ Petitions and prays that similar relief may also be granted in the present Petition.

2. Learned State Counsel on perusal of the said order submits that the

present case is also identical and similar order can be passed in the present case.

3. Accordingly, the present Petition also stands disposed off in the similar terms as has been passed in W.P.S. No. 6474/2016 and other analogous Petition decided on 30.11.2016. It is expected that case of the Petitioners shall also be considered in similar terms as like the similarly situated Petitioners in other Writ Petitions which have already been disposed off.

4. With the aforesaid observations the present Writ Petition also stands disposed off.
