1. The applicant has preferred this application under Section 439 of the Cr.P.C. for grant of regular bail as he is arrested in connection with crime No.41/2021 registered in Police Station Gunderdehi, District Balod C.G. for the offence punishable under Sections 294, 506-B, 323, 109, 326 of the I.P.C.

2. Apart from the fact that applicant has caused injuries by means of sharp edged weapon inflicting incised wound over

MCRC No. 3759 of 2021 left thigh and swelling and fracture of left femur bone of injured Komal Chand Sisa, the applicant has previous antecedents of committing different nature of crime.

3. Learned State counsel would oppose the prayer for grant of bail.

4. Considering the entire fact situation of the case, I am not inclined to release the applicant on bail at this stage.
