Hon'ble Shri Justice Sanjay K. Agrawal Order On Board 07/07/2017 (1) Learned counsel appearing for the petitioner would submit that the petitioner has made representation before the respondents No.4 & 5 for allowing him to take part in the meeting of Board of Directors and inclusion of his name in the list of Board of Director, but they have not considered and decided his representation till now and therefore direction may be issued to the said authorities to decide the same expeditiously.

(2) Prayer appears to be fair and reasonable.

(3) Be that as it may, respondents No.4 & 5 are directed to consider and take a decision upon the pending representation of the petitioner expeditiously preferably within a period of 45 days from the date of receipt/production of certified copy of this order. (4) With the aforesaid observation, the writ petition stands finally disposed of. No order as to cost(s).
