Agrawal Order On Board 11/07/2017 (1) Learned counsel appearing for the petitioner would submit that the petitioner's application under Section 13 of Hindu Marriage Act for divorce is pending consideration before the Family Court, Korba since 31.10.2014 and there is no substantive progress in the trial. In support of that entire order-sheets have been filed.

(2) Since the petitioner's application under Section 13 of Hindu Marriage Act for divorce is pending for last three years before the Family Court, Korba.

(3) In view of above, Family Court, Korba is directed to do well and decide the same expeditiously as the trial is pending for last three years.

(4) With the aforesaid observation, the writ petition stands finally disposed of. No order as to cost(s).
