This is an application filed under Section 439 of the Code of Criminal Procedure for grant of regular bail to the applicant, who has been arrested in connection with Crime No.40/2021 registered at Police Station Supela, District Durg (CG) for the offence punishable under Section 307 of the IPC.

Because of the assault made by the applicant by means of axe over head and occipital region of injured Sanjay Yadav, he has lost his vision in one eye.

Considering the nature of injuries sustained by the injured, I am not inclined to release the applicant on regular bail at this stage. 5.
