Agrawal Order On Board 26/04/2018 (1) Learned counsel appearing for the petitioner would submit that the petitioner's application for demarcation of his land is pending before the revenue authorities since 2015 and, therefore, the same may be directed to be decided expeditiously. (2) I have heard learned counsel appearing for the petitioner. (3) Be that as it may, the Collector, Bilaspur is directed to consider and dispose of the petitioner's application for demarcation of his land expeditiously preferably within a period of 15 days from the date of receipt of certified copy of this order.
