1. Learned counsel for respondent No.2 submits that the FIR has already been registered which bears FIR No.0120 on 20.05.2018.

2. In view of the above submission made, it appears that the grievance of the petitioner stand redressed as the original order was only for registration of the FIR. The copy of the FIR is placed on record. It is further made clear that this Court has not passed any opinion on the merits whether the offence was committed or not.
