Learned State counsel submits that as per the communication received from the Superintendent, Central Jail, Jagdalpur dated 15.03.2012, the appellant has already suffered his jail sentence of 3 years and was in jail since 09.03.2009, consequently, she has been released after suffering the jail sentence on 17.11.2011.

2. In view of the submission made, the counsel for the appellant do not want to prosecute this appeal.
