Shri Wankhede accepts notice on behalf of the respondents, with this the petitioner is not required to pay separate process fee for issuance of notice to the respondents.

Perused the instant petition and the documents annexed. 5.

Learned counsel for the petitioner would submit that he has filed an application for compassionate appointment after the death of his father Jahur Singh who died on 27.11.1999 while working as Assistant Teacher (Science). The said application was submitted

before Principal, Govt. Higher Secondary School, Purgaon, Distt. Baloda Bazar, Bhattapara on 10.01.2013 and the same is pending and respondents 2 & 3 have not decided the said application for compassionate appointment till date.

On perusal of the entire material placed and argued, the instant writ petition is disposed of.

Respondents 2 & 3 are directed to decide the aforementioned application within three months on presentation of the copy of the order passed by this Court (if not decided earlier). 8.

The petitioner may serve a copy of the order along with a copy of application dated 10.01.2013 for disposal of the said application for compassionate appointment.

It is further clarified that this Court has not expressed any opinion on the merits of the instant petition. 10.

With this direction, the instant petition is disposed of without any appreciation on its merits.
