Hon'ble Shri Justice Pritinker Diwaker Order On Board 21/07/2017 The applicant has filed present MCC for recalling/correction of order dated 30.06.2017 passed in Rev. Petition No.130/2016 indicating certain typographical error in the same regarding payment of pendent lite maintenance to the applicant wife. According to him, while passing the order an observation was made by this Court that the said issue would be decided by the Court below at the time of final hearing of the case and till then the respondent husband would not be required to make any prayer for stay.

This Court has gone through the order dated 30.06.2017 but no such typographical error as pointed out by the counsel for the applicant has been noticed. Accordingly, no interference is required in the said order and being so the MCC hereby dismissed.
