Agrawal Order On Board 23/04/2018 (1) Learned counsel appearing for the petitioner would submit that the petitioner's application for change of timing in permanent stage permit No. 506/ABP/15 on the route Manendragarh to Kotadol via Kathota, Janakpur, Kelhati and back one return trip daily is pending considering since 28.10.2017 and the same has not been considered and decided till date and, therefore, the same may be directed to be decided expeditiously.

(2) I have heard learned counsel for the petitioner. (3) Be that as it may, respondent No. 2 -RTO is directed to consider and disposed of the petitioner's application expeditiously preferably within a period of 45 days from
