Agrawal Order On Board 24/07/2017 (1) Grievance of the petitioner is that though the petitioner had moved an application before respondent No.2 on 11.08.2015 for change of timing of regular permit on the route Ambikapur to Ramanujganjg via Pratappur, Wadrafnagar and back one return trip daily, the application has remained pending without any decision.

(2) Learned counsel appearing for the State submits that the same shall be decided as expeditiously as possible. (3) Considering the submission of the petitioner, it is directed that the application dated 11.08.2015 shall be decided by the authority concerned within a period of 30 days from the date of receipt of copy of this order. (4) Accordingly, the petition is disposed off.
