Since all the bail applications are arising out of crime No.187/2021 they are being considered and decided by this common order.

The applicants have preferred these bail applications under Section 439 of CrPC, as they are arrested in connection with Crime No.187/2021, registered at Police Station Lalbagh, District Rajnandgaon (CG), for the offence punishable under Section 306, 34 of the Indian Penal Code.

Applicants are relatives of Raj Kumar Sahu (since deceased). The deceased was married to Romin Bai in May, 2019. It is stated that the accused Santram, who negotiated the marriage, had extracted promise from the deceased that after marriage he will live separately from his family and because of this pressure the deceased committed suicide on 8-8-2020. 4.

Learned counsel appearing for the State, per contra, would oppose the bail applications.

Considering the entire facts situation of the case; the ingredients of the offence under Section 306 IPC; as also the fact that the applicants are in jail on or about 10-5-2021; and the charge sheet has already been filed, I am of the opinion that present is a fit case to release the applicants on regular bail.

Accordingly, all the bail applications are allowed and the applicants are directed to be released on bail on each of them executing a personal bond for a sum of Rs.50,000/- with one surety in the like amount to the satisfaction of the trial Court. They are directed to appear before the trial Court on each and every date given by the said Court.
