Hon'ble Shri Justice Sanjay K. Agrawal Order On Board 04/11/2015 (1) Learned counsel appearing for the petitioner would submit that petitioner is working on the post of Assistant Grade -III in the officer of Tahsildar, Patharia and he has not been paid salary for the period from 9.9.2013 to 19.10.2013 and 25.11.2013 to 7.2.2014 and there is no reason has been assigned by the authority concerned to detain the salary of the petitioner.

(2) In view of above submission made by counsel for the petitioner, petitioner is directed to make representation before respondent No. 2- Collector within two weeks from today and, in turn, the Collector, Mungeli shall consider & decide the same in accordance with law as early as possible preferably within a period of

one month from the receipt thereof.

(3) With the aforesaid observations, the writ petition stands finally disposed of.
