1. The applicants have preferred this application for grant of bail as they are arrested in connection with Crime No.115/2021 registered in Police Station: Patna District Korea for offence under Section 457 & 380 of the IPC.

2. The applicants have committed theft of cooler, laptop etc. from the house of complainant Priya Xaxa.

3. Considering that the offences are triable by the JMFC; the applicants are in jail since 12.5.2021 and the charge sheet has already been filed, I

MCRC No. 3753 of 2021 am inclined to release the applicants on bail.

4. Accordingly, the application is allowed and the applicants are directed to be released on bail on each of them executing a personal bond for a sum of Rs.50,000/- with one surety for the like amount to the satisfaction of the trial Court.
