1. The grievance of the petitioner before this Court is for non-granting of employment pursuant to the land belonging to the petitioner, which is acquired by the respondents.

2. The counsel for the petitioner submits that he had moved an application to the Collector, Raigarh, who in turn has forwarded the case to the respondent No.4, but till date no decision has been taken by the authorities concerned.

3. Given the limited dispute raised by the petitioner, this Court does not intend to keep the petition pending, rather ends of justice would meet

if the writ petition itself is disposed of with a direction to the respondent No.4 to consider the case of the petitioner and if the respondent finds that the case of the petitioner falls within the provisions of the scheme of acquisition, particularly dealing with the R and R policy, then appropriate orders may be passed at the earliest.

4. It is expected that the respondent No.4 shall take a decision at the earliest preferably within a period of 4 months from the date of receipt of certified copy of this order.
