1. The applicant has preferred this application for grant of bail as he is arrested in connection with Crime No.12/2021 registered in PS: Kotadol, District Koria for offence under Section 376 (2)(N) of the IPC.

2. Application (IA No.1/2021) for permission to change the counsel is rejected for the reason that there is no NOC of the previous counsel nor there is an averment in the application that the previous counsel is not issuing the NOC. Moreover, the Application for grant of bail is supported by the affidavit of Basanti Bai whereas the application for change of counsel is supported by the affidavit of one Kamal Narayan Singh. It is also to be seen that the application for change of counsel

MCRC No. 3766 of 2021 was filed on 7.6.2021 whereas the previous counsel has filed an application for grant of ad interim bail on 17.6.2021.

3. Since the original counsel is not appearing, the Application is dismissed for want of prosecution.
