1. Counsel for the State submits that according to the report received from the jail authority, the applicant was found positive for COVID-19 which was treated and cured, however, he is feeling weakness. The repeat RTPCR test report is not available.

2. At this stage, learned counsel for the applicant, seeks permission to withdraw this bail application with liberty to repeat the same after examination of search & seizure and charge-sheet witnesses.

3. Accordingly, the bail application is dismissed and liberty is granted as prayed for.
