19-07-2016 1.

Heard on I.A.No.1, application for condonation of delay in filing the review petition.

2.

This is not opposed by counsel for the respondents. 3.

For the reason mentioned in the application, the same is allowed. The delay in filing the review petition is condoned. 4.

Heard on admission.

5.

By this review petition, the petitioner has prayed for review of order dated 17-07-2015 passed by Division Bench of this Court in Writ Appeal No.243 of 2015. Against the order impugned the petitioner had preferred SLP before the Apex Court, however, when the Apex Court has declined to interfere with the order impugned, the petitioner has filed the present review petition.

-26.

After considering the case of the petitioner on merits, order impugned has been passed by the Division Bench confirming the order passed by the writ Court. We find no reason to entertain the present review petition as the order impugned dated 17-07-2015 is in accordance with law and there is no infirmity in the same, even otherwise, scope of review is very limited and the present case does not fall in any exception where review can be entertained. 7.

The review petition is accordingly dismissed. Sd/- Sd/- (Pritinker Diwaker) (Chandra Bhushan Bajpai) JUDGE JUDGE Aadil
