Agrawal Order On Board 01/08/2017 (1) Learned counsel appearing for the petitioner would submit that the petitioner has made application for mutation of his name before respondent No.2-Tahsildar, Bhilai, District Durg on 07.10.1998, which is pending till this date and therefore direction may be issued to the said authority to decide the same expeditiously. (2) The prayer appears to be fair and reasonable. (3) Be that as it may, the Collector, Durg is directed to take into account and do the needful the petitioner's application for mutation of his name, which is pending consideration before the Tahsildar, Bhilai expeditiously preferably within a period of three months from the date of receipt of copy of this order.

(4) With the aforesaid observation, the writ petition stands finally disposed of.
