1. Counsel for the petitioner submits that the issue involved in the instant case came up for hearing in a bunch of writ petitions, the leading of which being WPS No. 5358 of 2018 which stood disposed of vide order dated 12.12.2018.

2. So far as the submission of the petitioner that the issue involved in the present case is similar to the writ petitions which were disposed of by this Court on 12.12.2018 is concerned, the same is not disputed by the State counsel.

3. Given the aforesaid fact, the present writ petition also stands disposed of in terms of the order passed by this Court on 12.12.2018 in WPS No. 5358/2018 and another analogous writ petitions, with a direction to the respondents to consider the claim of the petitioner for grant of Kramonnti if he is entitled for and fulfills the eligibility criteria for grant of Kramonnati as the Department has taken a policy decision not to promote the petitioner as of now in the light of the absorption of the teachers of the Panchayat Department with the Education Department.
