The applicants have preferred these bail applications under Section 439 of the CrPC, as they have been arrested in
connection with Crime No.135/2020, registered at Police Station Khurshipar, District Durg (C.G.) for the offence punishable under Sections 395 & 307 read with Section 34 of IPC. 2.
At the outset, learned counsel for the applicants seeks permission of the Court to withdraw the bail application on behalf of applicant No.1 Aazad Dewar in MCRC No.3688/2020 with liberty to revive the prayer after examination of the injured. 3.
Prayer allowed.

Accordingly, the MCRC No.3688/2020 in respect of applicant No.1 Aazad Dewar is dismissed as withdrawn with the liberty prayed for.

5 accused persons committed dacoity of Rs.5,500/- and caused injuries to one Manjit Singh at about 4 am on 23.02.2020 at National Highway Dabrapara Khursipar.

From the applicant Aniket Dewar and Garib Dewar, Rs.1,000/- each has been recovered. There is no allegation against these applicants causing injuries to Manjit Singh. The said allegation is against Azad Dewar @ Dilla.

Learned State counsel would oppose the bail application. 8.
Considering the entire facts situation of the case, the bail application of applicant Aniket Dewar in MCRC No.2575/2020 and applicant Garib Dewar in MCRC No.3688/2020 is allowed. 9.
Accordingly, both the bail applications are allowed and the
applicants Aniket Dewar and Garib Dewar are directed to be released on bail on each of them executing a personal bond for a sum of Rs.50,000/- with one surety for the like amount to the satisfaction of the trial Court.
