1. The order under challenge in this petition has been passed by the SubDivisional Officer (R), Gunderdehi, District Balod in exercise of its appellate jurisdiction under Section 44 of the Chhattisgarh Land Revenue Code, 1959 (for short 'the Code, 1959').

2. The order is revisable under Section 50 of the Code, 1959, therefore, the petitioner has an efficacious and statutory alternative remedy, as such the

writ petition is not maintainable. It is accordingly dismissed as not maintainable with liberty to the petitioner to avail the alternative remedy within a period of 30 days from today.
