Learned counsel for the petitioner would submit that the petitioner may be allowed to make a representation before the Land Acquisition Officer which may be directed to be decided expeditiously.

Prayer appears to be fair and reasonable.

The petitioner is permitted to make a representation before the Land Acquisition Officer within a period of two weeks from today. If such a representation is made, the Land Acquisition Officer would do well and consider the same in accordance with law expeditiously.

With the aforesaid observation, the writ petition finally stands disposed off. No order as to cost(s).
