1. Heard counsel for the parties.

2. The petitioner has preferred this writ petition to direct the respondents to provide him second higher pay scale.

3. Petitioner is working as Accountant and posted at Tularam Arya Girls School, Durg (C.G.).

4. Counsel for the petitioner submitted that the writ petition may be disposed of with a direction that the respondent No. 2 may decide his fresh representation which may be filed before him.

5. Looking to the facts and circumstances of the case and submissions of the learned counsel for the petitioner, the writ petition is disposed of with this direction that the petitioner may file fresh representation within 15 days from the date of receipt of copy of this order before the respondent No. 2 and the respondent No. 2 should decide such representation within two months from the date of filing of such representation, according to law and procedure. This Court has not touched the merits of the case.
