1. The applicant has preferred this application under Section 439 of the Cr.P.C. for grant of regular bail as he is arrested in connection with crime No.21/2021 registered in Police Station Saraswati Nagar Raipur District : Raipur C.G. for the offence punishable under Sections 392, 294, 321 of the I.P.C.
2. Case of the prosecution, in brief, is that applicant has committed loot of Rs. 1000/- from complainant Parwati Nishad.

3. Learned State counsel would oppose the prayer for grant of bail on submission that the applicant is involved in three more cases out of which one case is of similar nature.
4. Considering that the applicant is in jail since 08.5.2021 as also for the fact that offence is triable by JMFC, I am inclined to release the applicant on bail with the following conditions:
1. he shall appear before the concerned Police Station on first day of every month during the pendency of trial;
2. he shall not get involved in any criminal offence during the pendency of trial;
3. registration of any criminal case against him would entail automatic withdrawal/ cancellation of this bail order and the concerned Police shall be entitled to arrest him immediately on registration of fresh criminal case against him after informing the trial Magistrate;
4. the applicant shall execute a personal bond for a sum of Rs.50,000/- with one surety for the like amount to the satisfaction of the trial Court; and
5. he shall appear before the trial Court on each and every date given by the said Court.
5. Accordingly, the bail application is allowed with the aforesaid conditions.
